We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Bruce Lowrie Chevrolet, Inc.  In this dual role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling cash transactions, credit card transactions, processing warranty payments,and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a passion for creating a positive customer experience.

**Duties Included but not limited to:**

- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or finance is a plus.
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays.
